Workshop series for UAS/UTE researchers

The Leading House Asia, together with the FHNW, organizes a series of workshops to increase participation of universities of applied sciences (UAS) / universities of teacher education (UTE) members in the funding instruments of the Leading House.

Workshop 1

The first workshop took place in Olten on 7 February 2023. The audience was composed of various research officers of UAS and the different funding instruments, as well as the eligibility and the application process were explained. In addition, two professors from UAS that received a Leading House Asia grant presented their success story (Prof. Zahn from HSLU and Prof. Pichelin from BFH). The research officers were then introduced to some potential pitfall when applying for these grants and which points have to be addressed in a grant application. The slides from the workshop can be downloaded Downloadhere (PDF, 7.5 MB).
